Wed, May 25, 2005 - 3:06 PMI had several motor vehicles in the mid to late 80's but have been getting along with only bicycles since 1996 or thereabouts. I keep one bicycle current, and I have two spares (one presently has two flat tires and the other is missing parts easily transferred from the working bike). I invested in reasonably good panniers and a rack, and I also have a homemade bike trailer I use on laundry day (when and if!)

Then again I don't have the option of a car currently anyhow..
